AI Notebooks use Bramble AI to automatically generate insights about your customers. Get smart summaries, identify trends, and understand customer relationships without manual analysis.

Overview

Notebooks provide AI-generated content for each company:

  • Company Overview - Summary of the customer relationship
  • Contact Summaries - Profiles of key contacts
  • Support History - Common issues and patterns
  • Health Indicators - Satisfaction and risk signals

Accessing Notebooks

  1. Go to Companies in the sidebar
  2. Select a company
  3. Click the Notebook tab

Or access from a conversation:

  1. Open a conversation
  2. Click the company name in the sidebar
  3. View the notebook in the detail panel

Notebook Sections

Company Overview

AI-generated summary including:

  • Business description and context
  • Key contacts and roles
  • Account status and plan
  • Support relationship summary

Support Insights

Analysis of support interactions:

  • Common Issues - Frequently raised topics
  • Resolved Patterns - How issues typically resolve
  • Feature Requests - What they've asked for
  • Communication Style - Preferred channels and tone

Timeline

Chronological view of key events:

  • Account created
  • Plan changes
  • Major support incidents
  • Feature adoptions

Health Score

AI-calculated health indicators:

Score Meaning
Healthy Engaged, positive interactions
At Risk Signs of frustration or disengagement
Critical High churn risk, needs attention

How Notebooks Are Generated

Bramble AI analyzes:

  • All past conversations with the company
  • Contact information and roles
  • CSAT feedback
  • Resolution times and patterns
  • Feature usage (via CRM integration)

Regeneration

Notebooks update automatically when:

  • New conversations are resolved
  • CSAT responses are received
  • Company data changes

Click Regenerate to manually refresh.
