Notebooks provide AI-generated content for each company:
- Company Overview - Summary of the customer relationship
- Contact Summaries - Profiles of key contacts
- Support History - Common issues and patterns
- Health Indicators - Satisfaction and risk signals
Accessing Notebooks
- Go to Companies in the sidebar
- Select a company
- Click the Notebook tab
Or access from a conversation:
- Open a conversation
- Click the company name in the sidebar
- View the notebook in the detail panel

AI-generated summary including:

- CSAT responses are received
