Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade or Downgrade

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select your new plan
4. Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Add Team Members

Need more team members than your plan allows? You have two options:

• Upgrade to a higher plan
• Contact us for custom team size pricing

Update Payment Method

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Payment Method
3. Add a new card or update existing

View Invoices

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Invoice History
3. Download PDF invoices

Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial:

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

• Access continues until end of billing period
• Data is retained for 30 days
• You can reactivate anytime

FAQ

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes! Upgrades are effective immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll retry the payment and notify you. After multiple failures, your account may be downgraded to limited access.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. Contact support@supportbadger.com.
